Not necessarily her fault, but they were roosters in the background and they were like Cockadoodle doing.. Loud and it was definitely ticking away from the experience and knowing the situation in my opinion, she should've had either put up soundproof walls Or I had another room to go in because this can't be the first time this happened definitely a distraction. She herself is great. Don't get me wrong but it's a big distraction and that's something that she should've rectified especially if she's in this business.

The phone call was great. The girl is great. I don't think that was the issue. The issue I think was more technical which I don't Believe was her fault. We got disconnected, but the phone call was going, but all of a sudden I didn't hear her so If she took another call while we were on the phone, that's messed up If something just happened with the phone, then I have no complaints and it's really not our fault so I'm giving her a great review because the phone call we were in the middle of was wonderful.
