Everything was great until the very end. This was the second time I called.. I figured I would give her another chance. All she wanted to do was talk about how I left her a bad review the first time. I tried to explain to her that I'm trying to give you another chance perhaps we can use this time to talk about something different than complaining about the first time. I left a bad review.
