She may say something like oh he wasn't talking or he was this. He was not in somehow blame me instead of taking responsibility, but she knew exactly what she was doing. First she kept saying I'm falling asleep and I told her not once not twice but three times until I finally said miss I'm not falling asleep quit saying that and then she stopped, but it should never made it that far. That's another minute. Another minute another minute that's not right that's draining somebody's money and wasting somebody's money. You called up for a service. Give people that service.
