UNFORTUNATELY - the first connection was very poor and I could hardly hear her. I hung up after telling her I would call again. I called back, and this time the 3connection was better but a bit in and out along the way. As the call progressed, just as it was getting to an interesting part - it cut out completely and while it appeared that we were still connected, I could not hear her and I don't believe she could hear me either. At that point, I just hung up.
