ADD THE SUBJECT MATTER AND ALL OF THE OTHER IMPORTANT FACTORS IN LINE BECAUSE IT WAS JUST A GREAT CALL ALL THE WAY AROUND. I NEVER FELT ANY NEGATIVITY, NOTHING BUT GREATNESS. WHAT ELSE CAN I SAY? Perfection! The company needs to seriously consider the fact that Bratty Emily is almost impossible to find. There are many, many other phone operators. That should be in the very back of the offerings, and emily should definitely be in the very front because she is an absolute asset and fantastic at what she does. To have her in the back of the line or hardly anybody looks because she is way back there. Is not fair. She works as smart and efficient as she can.To ensure total satisfaction. So unless there is some sort of union situation the company should make the obvious and most intelligent move by moving emmy to the front of the line so she can be seen and heard, because once that happens, she will be the star of the website, this I can guarantee! .
